These Terms of Service govern your use of CuttMyBills, an independent bill negotiation service operated by Wireless Link. By using the website or requesting services, you agree to these Terms and our related policies.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, reside in the United States, and be the account holder or have lawful authority to act for the account holder. You agree to provide accurate and current information.

Independent service

CuttMyBills is not owned by, endorsed by, affiliated with, or acting on behalf of any internet, cable, satellite TV, mobile phone, home phone or home-security provider. Provider names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Bill review and negotiation

Submitting information permits us to review it for potential opportunities. Submission alone does not authorize us to make changes, bind you to a service, or charge a fee. Before contacting a provider or implementing an option, we may require separate identity verification and authorization.

Your control and responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing proposed changes, including price, promotion duration, equipment, channel lineup, data allowance, contract term, early-termination fee, autopay requirement and other material conditions. We will not knowingly finalize a material service change without your approval.

No guarantee

Negotiation outcomes depend on the provider, location, account status and available offers. We do not guarantee savings, a specific rate, uninterrupted service or that an offer will remain available. We are not responsible for provider decisions, errors, outages or later price changes.

Fees

If qualifying verified savings are achieved, you agree to pay the success fee described in the Pricing & Savings Policy and any service authorization you accept. No success fee is due when no qualifying verified savings are achieved.

Acceptable use

You may not submit an account you do not control, false information, malicious files, unlawful content or information intended to harm another person. You may not interfere with the website or attempt unauthorized access.

Disclaimers

The website and services are provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in a written service authorization. Nothing on the website is financial, legal, tax or insurance advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wireless Link and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the website or a provider’s actions. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains subject to applicable law.

Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a claim, each party agrees to attempt in good faith to resolve the issue by written notice. Any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or discontinue services. Changes apply prospectively when posted unless law requires otherwise.
